Year 7 Numeracy Ninjas
Every Friday, year 7 students start their Maths lesson with a 5 minute 'Numeracy Ninjas' skills test, which covers mental maths, times tables and key numeracy skills. Students record their scores and work out their ninja belt colour, hoping to progress through the belts and eventually achieve their black belt in numeracy. Results so far have been very positive, with many already progressing 2 belts.
